Founder & Executive Director
Nicole Mitchell
Nicole is a kind-hearted person who enjoys baking, and is fueled by her passion to show children and teens kindness during challenging times. After helping several friends with their non-profits (serving children), and developing “Project Kindness” through her baking business, she discovered she wanted and needed to do more. After moving from UT to MA in June 2018, she was able to re-open her cupcake business, connect with members of her new community and achieve her dream of founding her own nonprofit, Kind Hearts for Kids.
